Quick Phone interview to setup group interview. They were thorough and friendly, Went into great detail on the company and it's history. Asked leading questions and provided good answers to my questions. Interviewed with Sales Director and CTO. I felt very little pressure, and thought their questions were fair and aimed at selecting a candidate quickly. This seems like it would be an excellent place to work.
