Pros- very hands-on interview. The interviewer went over every duty in great detail and took the time to explain the function of certain software tools used in the office. Cons- They have very bad follow up skills and I wish they stayed on top of Interviewers. I had to constantly remind them to send follow up questionaries, which was a part of their hiring process.
