I had the worst interview experience. Recruiter sent an email to schedule a call. The recruiter is fairly new to the company and has zero positive attitude in the call. He is not aware that there are Staff Engineer roles in the company. Got surprised when I shared him the Job req. I have interviews scheduled at Facebook , Airbnb, Coinbase etc at Staff Level but he refused to set me up for Interview at that level and rejected my application while we were in the call. Pinterest should not put these kind of recruiters as it creates bad impression and declines an opportunity for candidates to interview at the company
