Initial phone interview with HR. They spell out all the steps for you of what to expect in the process. After which they emailed me to set up a next step call with Hiring manager. HR follows up asking how that interview went.

Extremely professional and friendly process. The recruiter explained the process clearly, provided details about who would be speaking to me, when and what the structure of the interviews would be like. There was a recruiter phone screen, HM phone interview, followed by two rounds of onsite interviews. They use a lot of hypotheticals, some are very well thought out, others not as much.
