I was contacted by a recruiter and referred to the store for a one on one after a telephone interview with the recruiter. My first interview was cancelled and then rescheduled. I got there and was interviewed by the deli manager. I believe he was the "let's see if we should bother wasting the Regional Manager's time" guy. I made it through that interview, and was called in days later to interview with the RM. He was very laid-back and asked very "job related" questions. He told me that he wanted me to speak to the store manager, and that they would contact me later. I spoke briefly to the GM the same day, and was offered a position. I had to go to another state for training. Mileage and hotel were paid by the company. No complaints on training program.

My recent interview experience was unfortunately unprofessional and disorganized. The interviewer arrived 20 minutes late without offering an explanation or apology. The questions posed were not cohesive, and the interviewer answered multiple phone calls during our conversation, creating a disruptive and uncomfortable atmosphere. I was offered a cashier position but I have respectfully declined this offer.
