Interview process wasn't properly handled. They make candidates to wait without any intimation for hours together. HR people behave unprofessionally. They bargain the CTC saying that the person's skill set is low.Many of my friends faced this same situation.After HR discussion of CTC,they say don't intimate us.later when we call up they say illogical reasons and reject the candidate.HR people are really worst,they don't maintain corporate decorum.HR's approach before and after the interview is weird. Really bad experience i have never faced in my carrier experience.
