Interviews take long steps. If I am not wrong, we had maybe 7 or 8 interviews. First one was with HR, then we had one more interview with HR. Later with department manager, General Manager, Regional CFO and CEO. In between I also was tested by a consulting company. It was good to hear that my profile was suitable for the position.
