The process began with an HR call, followed by a technical conversation with the hiring manager about my lab automation background. Pfizer then flew me to their Groton site for onsite interviews, where I met the team, discussed technical scenarios, and toured the facility. The experience was well-organized and professional, and it gave me a clear sense of Pfizer’s strong focus on automation and collaborative culture.

Very simple open conversation that started with them asking about experiences listed on my resume and the conversation carried on from there. . They are required to ask a few STAR style questions.
