Due to COVID-19, interviews were via video link. After the initial 1:1 with the hiring manager, there was a three panel (2 person) interviews for an hour each. Given examples of various scenarios and my response to handling the situation. Every person was very professional. Hiring manager followed up by phone to personally deliver the outcome. This was the perfect example of how the interview process should be managed.
