Applied for the job and received an email asking to come in for a group interview with other candidates. We all sat in a circle with name tags attached to us. I was nervous to be honest about the group interview since I have never done one, but it was very insightful to hear other candidates talk about their own experiences and answers to the questions delivered to us. After the interview was over, we were all informed that we would find our who would move on to the next phase of the interview process by the end of the week. Even though I did not get into the second round of the interview, I will take what I have learned from the other candidates and truly step up my game for the next time they have an available position in the company again.

Phone screening interview with HR recruiter, then second round zoom interview with the executive producer of the department. Was told I'd hear back the following week with next steps. Received a very impersonal automatic rejection letter from the application website. After all the effort that was put into applying and having 2 rounds of interviews, I would have appreciated an email at least directly from the recruiter with some feedback.
