Fairly normal interview process at first. The recruiter contacted me via email, set up a phone screen, then set up an on-site interview. It went downhill from there. Each interview was disorganized and clearly made up on the spot, though the interviewers seemed to think that was a good thing. The process was overall unnecessarily long. A couple of the interviewers seemed like nice people but asked a lot of pointless questions, while one interviewer was overly aggressive, rude, and veering into inappropriate territory.
