I applied to the job post and got a call from recruiter asking few details like current CTC , expected CTC and all. Then I got a call that my screening round is scheduled with the hiring manager in the morning around 10 AM. It was very good, the interviewer was very friendly and we discussed about the job and he asked what I did in my previous role. He seemed to be very impressed and said that he’ll try to put me ahead on the list! I got a call around 2 PM saying that I am selected and that they want to conduct a final round at 10pm tonight. The job role was slightly different from my current one. It went okay, I had no hopes that I’ll clear that. But to my surprise , I got a call next day saying that they’ll be moving with my candidature.
