First I interviewed with HR at the regional office near Arundel Mills. I was asked to take a brief medical terminology quiz and was brought into the office of a recruiter. After the interview, which took about 20 minutes, I was initially told my starting pay. I was told that I would be a good fit for Patient First and that my application would be passed along to the Director of Medical Services at the center to which I was applying. I interviewed with the DMS at the center, and a few days later was called with an offer of employment.

Phone screen and then two person interview. Main interviewer rude and condescending. Gave me a hard time because they had my interview time wrong and then realized they were incorrect and never apologized.

Casual, usually with 2 people, the PSC (Patient Service Coordinator) and the DMS (Director of Medical Support). It takes about 30-45 mins, they will ask you some questions and get to know you better. If you are bubbly and polite they like that!
