Got an email back telling me that they have decided to move forward with the interview process and to fill out my availability within the calendar link attached to the email. Email also said they would coordinate with their team and confirm a time with me. Never. Heard. Back. I even tried to email them to ask what format the interview would be in (phone call, video, etc) and still nothing. Highly unprofessional and I saw this coming after I read the reviews on here. It seems like its typical practice for them and I hope this serves as a warning for someone else. With the job market being the way that it is right now I would hope recruiters and HR teams would be better than this.
