The process began with a panel interview with three employees, two of which were senior level employees. the interview was brief at only 30 minutes. You could tell that they really enjoyed working at Meta Bank and were passionate about the culture. They said they'd get back to me in two weeks, but I didn't hear from them. When I followed up, they said they were still making decisions and would let me know either way. After a month had passed since that last communication, I assumed they filled the role. I would've preferred to get an update on my application, but I understand why they aren't always able to do this.
