Three steps after applying:
1. Recruiter screening. Basically an interview wherein they ask about your experience and why you’re interested in pariveda and tell you about the role.
2. Reasoning assessment (online, inductive/deductive and numerical reasoning)
3. Behavioral interview with a president or VP at the location you are most interested in or the one they need you at.
