It was pretty straightforward. I received a phone call from HR and was given a few choices as to which departments I'd like to interview/work with. We scheduled a panel interview (3 people interviewed me) for later in the week, which was mostly conversation with a few standard interview questions. They mostly wanted to assess your personality, so we talked a bit about what television shows we all watched, why I wanted to work with their team/Viacom, as well as walking them through my resume. The people were very laidback and the environment is casual, so it was an awesome atmosphere to work in.
