The interview process was such a waste of time. I originally applied and the recruiter reached out within a week. She did explain that it would be a lengthy process, but I was really excited for this job so I didn’t care. I did a total of 4 interviews. The first three were through teams with 2-3 managers at a time. After every interview the recruiter would tell me how great I did and how she had received great feedback and everything was looking great. She decided to bring me in to complete an in person interview, which was a panel interview with a total of 6 ladies. At first the interview started great they asked me the same questions they had during the teams interviews, questions about my experience , all normal questions. Then at the end there was questions that didn’t even pertain to the job.. one of the managers asked how big my home was? asked about my mother? .. the interview quickly ended after that and as I was walking out I could hear them all laughing… the recruiter was there again and decided to give me a tour of the headquarters . I went home and few days later I received a call from the recruiter saying they had decided to not fill the position at this time. She didn’t provide me any feedback at all. That was it, weeks later I saw the same position open again.
