Way easier than it said on their website. Hailey is easy to talk to. Two interviews in total, first is just with Hailey, then second is with Hailey and a manager from the department you are applying for.

Many of the questions are tailored to your resume and cover letter, they will ask you about specific things you put on them and for specific examples of those things.
The second interview they will test you on how much time and effort you actually put in to get to know their company.
