Entrevista
Upon submitting my resume to Glassdoor, I received an invitation for a phone interview from PACCAR. The interviewer posed both general and technical questions regarding my interest in the company and explained the ongoing projects. Following this, I was invited to an on-site interview at the PACCAR technical center in Washington after two weeks. The interview, which spanned 4.5 hours, began with a PACCAR recruiter, followed by brief meetings with managers who asked behavioral questions before and after lunch. During the lunch break, I had the opportunity to interact with my peers and answer technical questions pertaining to my background, skills, and interest in working for PACCAR. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process and the welcoming atmosphere at PACCAR. I also had the chance to share my story while answering common behavioral questions and discuss the pros and cons of various machine learning algorithms. Additionally, my well-prepared resume was an asset during the interview.
