Me postulé a través de un reclutador. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en PACCAR en sep 2009
Entrevista
I did not want to interview with PACCAR because I had heard all of the rumors about how conservative they are but a recruiter practically forced me to go and I thought I should check it out for myself. The people really were very nice but everything I had heard (and some that was new to me) about the culture was accurate. They are very proud of this so be careful about how you ask culture questions. They wear suits every day. There's a lunch room for managers. You can't eat at your desk. They work hard but my perception was that if you are successful you can get promoted fairly quickly. I was asked by more than one interviewer if I have thick skin - it sounds like upper management is probably full of jerks and they can treat you how they want and you are expected to suck it up because everyone is afraid of them. Easy interviews but you really have to come across like you're excited about the culture.
