Entrevista
I got an interview through an employee referral. The first interview was on the phone with the recruiter and was basically a screener phone call. She was quite pleasant. The second interview was with someone who worked in the group I was going to be interviewing with. Her questions were much more about my experience and definitely asked some difficult questions that took me off guard and were meant to show my thought process. She did however, ask me to come in for a panel interview. The panel interview consisted of three people who were all managers of the group. They were nice enough, but generally cold. After that interview, I was given an oracle product to give a powerpoint presentation on. I did that with the same group the next week. I then met with a senior manager after that, which was more of a get to know you kind of interview. I thought that was going to be the final step, but then got called in for another round with two people i hadn't met. I ended up not getting an offer after that.
Easy, three part, met with hiring manager and two similar level managers. They were doing a hiring blitz so it ended up being 3 sales managers interviewing the whole group and selecting their teams.

Several interviews with a presentation. Fairly straight forward.
Once you’ve met with key stakeholders you have to pass the background checks etc. this can take some time.
Sharing this as the hiring manager rather than applicant.

Interview process was very lengthy and not a lot of communication happened for many weeks. After three months of random back-and-forth, I was finally able to get an interview. Sadly, it wasn't a great fit for them, but it was a very long process.
