Attended an on campus presentation and set up an initial interview for the next day. Very basic phone screen to make sure you aren't awkward. After that, 2 more phone interviews with a Sales Rep and a Regional Manager. 30 minute interviews, not too difficult. They want to make sure that you are truly interested in sales and that you have the competitive, go-getter personality necessary to succeed in sales

Face to Face, Direct and Ease of Communication. The interviewees were very approachable and friendly. Making communication very approachable and able to share more about the roles and share more of my personal experiences and how my transferable skills can help contribute to the role.

3 rounds of interview. One with HR, one with direct manager and one with hiring manager. More or less got to answer the same questions like your job experience, what can you value add to the team and what’s your goals for the next three to five years.
