Entrevistador (RH) avalia somente com perguntas abertas e sem definição estocástica para uma amostragem mais determinante no processo de avaliação prático variável. Sobretudo por relevar a importância do desenvolvimento prático.

Qual o sentido da vida para o publicitário que não sabe seu valor?
I submitted my CV together with my portfolio as part of the job application process. After that, I waited for an interview invitation email. Following the interview, I was required to complete an assessment as the next stage of the recruitment process.
It was a three steps interview process, first I talked with HR, then had an interview with the specific team that was hiring and at last a review of a practical exercise

I applied through LinkedIn, and some weeks later HR reached through a quick phone call (lasting for around ten/15 mins). 1st interview with 2 creative directors, final interview with managers. Final call with HR + accepting the offer.
