I spoke with the recruiter who sent my resume to the hiring manager. I heard back the next day wanting to set up an interview with the team. I talked to the hiring manager first, and then another worker in two different online interviews—both around 30 minutes. I receive an offer the following week!
Overall, it took about two weeks from the initial call with the recruiter to then getting the offer!
Advice: Be very lively and energetic, talk positively about the company and clients, and ask questions

Multiple rounds of interviews in a four hour block. Each interview with a member of the team I was interviewing for. Some were 1 on 1, some with 2-3 at once.

First was a quick chat with HR about role expectations, then there was a call with the manager, more conversational style. Lastly, I met with the remainder of the team.
