Early interview with an HR employee. Then an interview with the person that could be my supervisor. Finally, an interview with the CEO. The process was convoluted, but, fortunately, it went incredibly quickly. Great questions from everyone until I met with the CEO. She was distracted, late to the interview, and completely out to lunch. She was potentially the most obtuse and out-of-touch person I've ever spent time talking to in my decade in D.C., which, frankly, is impressive. Her questions were easy, but she clearly had absolutely no idea what my job would entail or how she conveys her vision. Glad I didn't take this job. If you have a quality resume and experience, stay far away from No Labels.
