Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiter for a job posting. The whole process took about 1 month and 2 days to be precise that I found quite fast. After the screening of my resume, I got a call for a first Skype interview. The idea was to see how my experience is relevant to the open positions and how good I match the company culture? I also got a chance to ask questions if I had any.
After that, I was invited for a telephonic interview. This time the focus was more on my core technical expertise. Thereafter, I was asked to create a code sample of my choice. I used my front end and back end skills to develop a small web application. This code sample was well appreciated, and I was invited to the final round at their office. Though the day was long, I enjoyed every minute. I went through a few more interviews like, code assignment, group code analysis and a few more one-to-one discussions with senior management. I found the staff very supportive and helpful.
I walked out of the office with hope/sign to get an offer in coming days. Very next week I received the offer.
