I applied online. Had a phone screen with recruiter. The process took about two to three weeks from the time I applied to getting interview. Overall the interview was a disappointment. The recruiter, who was very new (according to Linkedin) began to describe the wrong role. She was not prepared at all. When she realized she was talking about the wrong role, she vaguely described the correct role I applied for. She had trouble putting a story together. She then asked if I graduated from College and she stated it didn't show a graduation date on my resume(not relevant at all). Obviously I do have a degree per the application online and it also stated my degree on my Resume.
