I interviewed for a product designer role. The conversation with the hiring manager felt generic, and I struggled to get specific insights into the team's challenges or goals. The hiring manager appeared new to the team, which might explain some lack of depth about the team and product direction. Overall, I left the interview feeling uncertain about the role's scope and the team's direction.
