Entrevista
Due to some unfortunate event, I was initially interviewed by the recruitment team through phone. The interviewer was very professional and fun at the same time. She eagerly welcomes questions during the conversation. After my initial interview and after been approved for endorsement to the next process, the recruitment team was very timely in giving status update and will always remind me of my schedule. They also give me advice on how to prepare for my next interview which was with the supervisor and team lead. Links about the Company were sent through email for my reference. I will give them a 5 stars for their support and effort!

The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.

First Week:
Submitted my CV thru a friend, then phone interviewed by HR the next day. I was then Scheduled for a series of interview with 2 Team Leads and 1 Practice Manager.
Second Week:
Scheduled for an interview with another Practice Manager then endorsed to the Director.
Third Week:
Job Offer.

Entrevista
The interview process was challenging. I had to be interviewed by recruiter, colleagues, team leads, managers and director. But the vibe was not intimidating. They made sure that applicants were comfortable so as to avoid nervousness.
