i sent my resume via a person who works there. they called me after 6 months. they asked me a few background questions via phone and one technical question. they said they would be in touch. after a day i got a call from an Interviewer. he asked me a few questions regarding projects i developed in c#. he said they would be in touch. the next day i got a call from the Administrative Manager to schedule a test in the offices. after a week i went to do the test. it was a wrriten test with 6 questions.some of them coding. they gave me 2 hours.
