After an initial screening, I met with the Director. This person was lovely and great to meet with. The next interview was with the VP and that was probably the worst interview I have ever experience. This person was unengaged, looking at their phone constantly, rude, asked two questions and complained about the team the entire interview. It made me not want the job after that and I personally felt like they were a terrible representation of the business. I would be embarrassed to be that level and so unprofessional.
