Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 día. Acudí a una entrevista en National Instruments (Austin, TX) en oct 2011
Entrevista
It was a on-campus interview, i got the interview on the university career fair. It lasted about 45 mins. The recruiter first asked one of my school project. He seemed to be very interested that and asked a lot of questions. Then followed by one technical question. It was a pattern detection question using finite state machine. If you have a course in digital logic design, this should not be a problem. Then came with one behavior question: what was the biggest problem or bug or difficulty that you once came to? I heard about this question so I prepared for it. Overall I think I did pretty well on the interview, but I didn't make it to the on-site interview. I guess they want to hire more analog guys. There are not actually many digital positions opening--that's what I heard from my friend working there.

On-campus interview. It was two behavioral questions plus some technical questions. I was interviewed by two hardware engineers. They were cordial and very helpful. They helped me along when I was unsure of how to proceed with the problem. They were planning to ask me more technical questions, but we ran out of time.

The intern interview lasts about 45 minutes and includes 3 parts: 1) ask some personal information like visa status, graduation date. 2) ask you to describe two personal experiences on problem solving and designing. 3) Give you 15 minutes to solve a problem on digital circuit. Of course, the rest of time is Q&A
