There was four rounds on an average, first was for your HR screening where they check your profile, comm skills and confidence, second was apptitude test and then if clear both the rounds you were forwarded to ops round, ops round which was focused on your skills what you learnt from previous org and how would you apply it to your role in the company you applied for.

Straight forward and you need to ask questions in order to understand and have clear view on the requirements and job expectations. The interview is free flowing. You can ask many questions as you want.
