You are told to focus on two aspects of the Healthcare Leadership Model. Preparing answers related to these are essential for the interview.

Describe a situation where you completed a difficult task
Group assessment included identifying main threats to NHS, problem solving, group presentation, and numeracy test. Topics focused around health policy, sustainability, and staff retention issues. Numeracy test was focused on reading a table.

First theres a CV check. Then an online behavioral assesment. Next a work based scenario assesment with video responses. Last stage is an online assesment center with presentations and collaborative work with other candidates.

Aptitude test, video interview and then followed by an Assessment centre with group task, role play and reflection exercise. Took about a month between each stage of the process.
