My interview at Next involved an online application, assessment, and a telephone interview, followed by an in-person interview and a group assessment. It was thorough yet engaging, highlighting my skills and ensuring a good fit for the team.
Really Short and easy. only asked 4 questions and quick to provide feedback. Based on previous customer service experience and dealing with difficult customers. Experience working in retail and customer service

very slow process, it took over 3 weeks for a response and I had to eventually contact them myself which led to me being ignored. The lady was really nice in my first stage of my interview but I have heard rumours that the company is not great to work for.
