Was very quick and easy, there was no questions it was just they would put you on one of the shop floors where you had to clean up and make sure clothes were put away properly. While doing this they would watch you and then take you back up into the staff room and let you know if you had the job or not.
Efficent and informative. provided the overall expectation of the job and what they expect from you. allowed you to choose from different times. instore assessment showed you more of what to expect from the job.
The interview was a very easy process, it was done through a phone interview first than an in person interview asking questions about myself and why should they pick me.
