There were two interviews, one with the HR manager and the following with the department heads. The duration between interviews took less than 2 weeks. Upon confirmation, I was required to start almost immediately. Had to hit the ground running as the company embraces the culture of independence and accountability. But thankfully all the staff were very helpful and willing to tutor when required

-Asked the most standard interview questions (tell me about yourself, etc)
-Answered all of his questions professionally and accurately
-Unfortunately was not selected due to someone with more sales planning experience

The interview process was very long, took a matter of 1-2 months, I had a total of 4 interviews and a 4 part exercise. Intensive but good results! The interviews themself varied depending on who was interviewing you. Most questions were general questions to learn more about the candidate.
