The interview is all online. You see the questions and then record yourself answering them, with the option to delete your response and start over. Emphasize that you care about customer service. If you go through to the next round, you'll get a call that's basically just to describe the position and answer your questions.

There were 2 interviews in total. One was online and only had about 5 questions- you would record yourself answering the questions one at a time. You could listen to the question 1-2 times and then proceed to answer it. I believe you also had one redo if you messed up. The second interview was a phone call. For me, this felt laxer, probably because it was more personable.
