Three weeks after submitting my resume got a call from a recruiter asking for some clarification about my submission. Upon clarification waited three more days to hear back from her then a week for an assessment followed by an intierview with the hiring manager. Long story short 35 days in i was offered the gig but I turned it down.

4 steps - screening call, 2 interviews with 2 sets of managers (local and international), 1 logical test that includes all sorts of questions - mainly math and problem solving but also psychological test that is meant to reveal certain traits of your character
