The process is: online application, non-verbal reasoning test, telephone interview, assessment day, offer. I passed the telephone interview but did not hear back about the assessment centre to guess i didnt make it. The telephone interview consisted of questions like, 'Who are microsofts competitors?', 'Give me an example of a time you convinced someone into your way of thinking' and standard competency questions like that; leadership example etc
