Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. El proceso tomó 4 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Meta en abr 2020
Entrevista
Round 1: 30 min with recruiter
Round 2: 45 min presentation and 45 min app critique
Round 3: 30 min presentation, 45 min deep dive interview, 45 min app critique, 45 min whiteboard session / problem solving
-----
Was told that I "passed" the interview portion and was waiting to be matched with teams. After a couple weeks was told there is not a good match currently, but that they can see me as an employee at fb, so my application is on hold for a year to see if anything will come up.
So you can do all the things right and still get baited and switched... that or I suspect they're just stockpiling candidates for backfill because of the market saturation.

The recruiter is very supportive. First round is a deck presentation. Second round is full loop: deck+ BQ+ whiteboard+ app critique. The Overall experience is good, it takes around a whole month

Straightforward like any big tech interview, but long and intense. Formats are pretty standardized so it just takes practice. Questions appear like it's from a bank, so if you're prepared you should be fine.

I was reached out by a recruiter. Started with the recruiter call, then portfolio presentation, then full loop (Portfolio presentation - app critique - design challenge - background). They had very strong emphasis on design craft and visual excellence. Recruiter who helped me prep was very nice and helpful.
