Me postulé a través de una agencia de empleos. El proceso tomó 2 semanas. Acudí a una entrevista en Meta (San Francisco, CA) en mar 2018
Entrevista
The phone interview was product sense related plus SQL question. The onsite was 4 rounds plus a break in between. They are not trying to hire experienced data scientists but some business analysts with basic stats knowledge. No questions were ask related to how you build a model or how you lead a project. They just wanted to know if you can get the conditional probability calculated correctly.... People there told me that they havent created an ML model for months. All the questions I got asked was around there pages, likes, and ads. It really shouldn't be called a data scientist position.

Entrevista
Completed 3 rounds of the process, which includes the initial recruiter screen, technical, full loop, and team matching.
Couldn't move past the full loop interview. The interview was very engaging, and I actually enjoyed working through the cases. No crazy questions.
It's all organized. Be prepared to showcase your depth of thinking. Two analytical rounds will make you think on your ability to solve probability and experimentation problems. Have a structure for everything
