it is a long wait before they brought you on site. The process is smooth , no harsh questions. Th HIRING manager is nice and other interviewers are not tough. The only problems is when they ask you some details on somthing you have finished long time ago. So one suggestion is review all of those on your resume and better prepare for the answers.
