I applied at the in-store kiosk and was contacted within the week. I was asked to come in for an interview the same day, and did so. At this interview I spoke with my potential immediate supervisor (Team Leader) as well as with the Store Director. They asked general questions about previous employment and explained the position to me. After the interview, I waited a week or so for them to perform a background check and get back to me.

Was taken into the back office and asked general questions, why I wanted to work here, how I handled situations, etc. Managers are provided a questionnaire sheet with questions to ask, most likely cherry picked from the application itself, so make sure you answer consistently. The overall interview is the same as most retail interviews.
