I was contacted by a recruiter and offered a position. The interview was mostly a chance to meet the senior engineers I would work with and various managers of different departments. I did most of the interviewing of these people, as opposed to the other way around. They were looking for a very specific skill set that I posses, so it was more of a request to come work for them.
