Applied online after hearing about them through my university. Received an email about 3 weeks later to schedule a phone interview. Heard back about 2 weeks after the phone interview to schedule an in person interview. On both the phone and in person interview they were looking for people who have and interest and are motivated about construction. Very laid back and comfortable process. Wanted to know more about you as opposed to tearing apart your resume.

Reached out to them, spoke with them in person. The I emailed saying I was interested, then I got a few phone calls telling me I had an interview. Interview was fun, they were very nice. then I got a phone call asking about what location I wanted, then they offered me a job over the phone. I got the official email offer after a few days

Easy. Did not aks many questions. Want to see how passionate u are and how u handle day to day tasks. Did not ask any tough questions and not any technical questions. Overall the process was smooth and short

Tell me about yourself and how you fit our company
It was Great- nice people and a relaxed interview. Most construction interviews seem to be this way. The only negative was interviewing and not knowing what city you would be placed in but that is just the industry.
