Straight forward one on one interview. We ended up discussing some of my hobbies (such as baking) and she asked what the most difficult thing I baked was, and then to explain how to bake it. Also, we discussed what types of math I like and what I like about maths, future plans, etc.

After chatting, they give you time to do a multi page math "exam" including things from subtracting fractions to basic linear algebra.
Straightforward. Took online math assessment and then came in for an interview that was more of a personality check. Manager was friendly and was offered the job at the end of the interview.
