They asked questions about a situation where you over achieved or showed signs of leadership.

Applied on line. Received phone call for a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Interviewer seemed to reading of a script of questions. Candidate should treat phone interview as a means to communicate your desire to work for the company.
