Applied online and did a phone interview with the recruiter. That led to a phone interview with 2 people. Next was a 2.5 hour interview in person. Thought everything went well. Then got ghosted and havent heard a word from anyone. Very disrespectful of someones time and energy

Went really well, I felt like the company was a good fit for me. I was told I'd hear back but was completely ghosted. I've emailed back for follow up but never got a response .
